Public-site privacy notice · October 30, 2026
This notice describes the public LumoVeil Designs website. This release has no customer sign-in, checkout, payment forms or on-site support form. It does not collect payment-card information or create customer accounts.
Website delivery
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. Providing and securing web traffic involves technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information. Cloudflare handles this information under its privacy policy. We have not enabled application request logging, advertising pixels, visitor analytics, replay, heatmaps or marketing fingerprinting on this public site.
Your display preference
If you use the light/dark control, the site stores only your selected appearance in your browser’s local storage under lumoveil-theme. This preference is not sent to us. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data controls. This site does not set tracking cookies.
Email inquiries
If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send, including your email address, message and any attachments. We use them to respond, provide assistance and address the issue you raise. Our email routing and mailbox providers process the message to deliver it. Please send only the information needed for your question, never card credentials, passwords or recovery codes.
Necessary correspondence or transaction references may be retained for support, fraud prevention, recordkeeping or legal obligations. This public-site notice does not claim that a deletion request erases every provider backup or independent purchase record.
Requests and contact
Email privacy@lumoveil.net to ask about information you have shared or to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your authority before disclosing or changing private information. Applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
Future customer-account, checkout or optional analytics features will need an appropriate notice before they are activated.
